This beautifully spacious home with modern floor plan, appliances, decor and upgraded furniture is also blessed with the Florida sun all day on the large private pool and spa. This home consists of a master bedroom with pool view, a ridiculously large ensuite bathroom, a double room with ensuite and 2 twin rooms. Our Mickey room is great for any Disney fan.

Our villa also has its own games room to help keep the children occupied while you relax around the pool enjoying Florida evenings.

The crowning glory of our Orlando vacation rental home is the large southwest facing private pool with spa/hot tub in a screened enclosure. We provide comfortable pool/dining furniture, a large covered lanai which means you may dine in comfort away from the glare of the sun. Relax on one of the many sun loungers before cooling off in your own refreshing pool or switch on the spa/hot tub to ease your aching limbs (you will need it if you have been to Disney!).

The prestigious Orange Tree community has its own tennis and basketball courts, childrens playgrounds and 5 acre conservation area. You are only minutes away from golf courses and Lake Louisa National Park, where you can try horse riding, snorkelling, windsurfing, fishing and many other activities.

Communication is essential in today's world and our Orlando vacation rental home offers free use of our computer boasting high speed broadband access, free local, national and international phone calls.

Whilst staying at our Orlando vacation rental home you will be sleeping on a king size bed with private access to the pool area. You will have your own walk in closet, large ensuite bathroom with separate bath, walk in shower, his and hers vanity units and toilet. Other members of your party will have use of a double bed with built in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom or 2 twin bedrooms which both have twin beds, built in wardrobes (one room has a Mickey theme) and share the third bathroom.

Our Orlando vacation rental home will appeal to guests of all ages. For our younger guests we provide free use of a cot, bed guard, highchair, bottle steriliser, baby monitors and lightweight strollers and pool toys. For added security we also have a removable pool safety fence for the swimming pool.

Our rental home is strictly a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed.
