PRICE INCLUDES - ALL TAXES, LINENS, CLEANING FOLLOWING DEPARTURE, USE OF INTERNET, WORLDWIDE PHONE CALLS AND USE OF BABY AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT.
POOL HEATING is optional and charged at £100 / $175 per week £15 / $25 per day.
DEPOSIT
The deposit to secure your booking would be £100 / $175 per week. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of £200 / $350 per week is charged. This will be refunded following your departure, once our management company have checked the property and confirmed there has been no damage.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by cheque or if you prefer, credit card via our online booking system. Please note there is a 3.5% handling charge for credit card payments.
